Return Policy

At 255 Boutique, every item is made to order to ensure it’s uniquely crafted just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns. Please double-check your size, design selection, and order details before completing your purchase.

 



Exceptions

If an item arrives with a flaw or defect, a return or exchange may be considered at the sole discretion of the store owner. In such cases, store credit will be issued—refunds will not be provided.

 



Shipping Responsibility

Once an order leaves our boutique and is handed over to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels falls to the customer. We are not liable for shipping issues outside of our control.
